I’m disappointed and sorry to write this review but I think other dog parents should be aware… we have boarded our two pups at houndstown a handful of times over the years. Back in the spring, when we picked them up from boarding, our dogs’ items were COVERED in cold, wet pee. We figured this was a one-off and decided to continue to board with them. A few weeks ago, we picked up our dogs from a two-night stay and this time one of our dogs was COVERED in pee…Her back, backside, paws, etc. We spent an hour bathing her at home.... read more
