John came to our house last weekend to help us with a dog we recently adopted. John took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood how to implement his advice. We got so much out of the session and have made steady progress since then. It has been awesome to see the impact that some simple changes in our behavior has had on our dog. Georgie just started going there and today is his second visit. He was so excited when we pulled into the parking lot and on his first visit he has so much fun. Love that he gets to socialize & get some much needed exercise :)
I have been going to The Hound Playground for years. However on my recent visit for grooming for my dog they scalped him to the skin near his ear and it drew blood. No one said a word when I picked him up and they really don't think they are at fault. Great way to run a business. Try owning up to what your employees did. I won't be back and neither should you.
April, John and their staff are wonderful! They are very friendly, efficient and are experts in dog care. I highly recommend them.
I like the hound playground for Piper. It's convenient if we are going to out later at work than normal. She is always wore out when she gets home too! He only thing I didn't care for was when she got a bath, she had white flakes all over her. Idk if the groomer didn't get all the soap out or what, but because she is black, it was very noticeable!
