If I can give you a neg zero review I will. This Place shaved down my Bichon months ago until his Ears Bled when no one told them that we wanted him shaved!. Until now I am still dealing with his ears that still bleed and had to have vet bills because it is not getting healed. Very Unprofessional place.
We love The Hound Playground! The staff is great with our dog. They get us in quickly and do such an awesome job. We definitely recommend.
I’m glad your more concerned about making money than the safety of everyone else. Getting your dog groomed isn’t an essential job... Don’t worry I have called the health dept, city of vandalia offices and the governors office... You have been made into a laughingstock on several area pet pages, everyone is talking about your poor business decisions... hope that money was worth it....
Just wanted to give a shout out to The Hound Playground for doing a fantastic job on my elderly girl Nina yesterday! At 18, she’s quite irritable in her old age and I know it was a struggle but you guys were so kind to her and she looks and feels great! Will definitely be back when you reopen for business in a few weeks. Thanks so much!
