I like it here. U get tha right apartment an you can enjoy yourself here. Obviously every older apartment complex needs "up keeping" an maybe a few natural occurring issues are showing do to noone renting here for diffrent periods of time. But what tha ppl who are bashing this place fails ta realize is there are so many other NEWER complexes that are now around here and that therefore being ona tha reasons for bugs accumulating an what not. but it ain't to tha point ta where it needs ta be tore down. I Will Never Want Nobody To Come Here! They Never Fix Anything. been Staying Back here For 4 years & Now im finally Moving to Something Better. Thank You Jesus. Carpet Dirty & everything. I Repeat Never Put in a Application for Colonial Village. If u do you will be very sorry. Its not worth the pay period. They need to shut it down. Nobody wanna live miserable.
