I was there yesterday around 1 and the service was horrendous. Slow to refill drinks, food took over and hour to get. (Burger , chicken strips, Fish and chips, and a salad. Finally brought all the food out expect the burger , they said they recommend it being cooked to medium not medium well. Ok , that couldn’t have been asked an hour ago when we ordered???????? The fish and chips was $15 and It was one small piece of fish. I will never go back.

Our order came out in stages, the asparagus was cold & sans baked potato. Once we were half way through eating, the server finally came to let us know the potatoes were still cooking. Several servers walked by our table with empty glasses. While there was a 17 top in the area, there were only two other tables with patrons (we had a three top). I always get a side salad with extra ranch dressing which they make fresh daily! Also, the Thai Chili Wings and Chicken Strips are really tasty!

I normally will enjoy this particular location, but tonight my service was HORRIBLE! Why give someone a large party when they’re new?
I love this restaurant, it’s never an disappointed. My husband and I go for drinks and appetizers here all the time. Everyone who always very pleasant and the food is consistently great. I utilized my Birthday reward from Houlihans on Friday night. I had the Panko crusted shrimp and they were phenomenal. I love this place and it’s atmosphere.
