horrible experience last night, we were there for almost 2 hours - sent back multiple items, cold prime rib dinner, timing of appetizers were off, cheese fries were cold and cheese was hard as a rock.. something was off, server was friendly but was long periods without seeing him.Sorry I doubt i'd go back there - oh by the way if you feel you need to bad mouth our party you should at least wait until we leave. ... we heard you !!!!
So we went to celebrate my wife’s birthday. My daughter had a problem with her order twice. We’re not the complaining type of people so we let it go. The manager came over and comped our entire meal. For 5 of us. Plus gave us a few appetizer coupons. We definitely weren’t looking for that and we didn’t ask for anything but we really appreciated it. Dinner with sister and her husband today. Steak was delicious and the service was excellent. General manager Mike was friendly and accommodating with outta request. I recommend it highly.
Food is consistently good, great service, nice atmosphere.
