These wonderful people saved us from a holiday weekend from Hell! Our kitchen faucet took a dive and we went in looking for parts and they bent over backwards to help us! I will be forever grateful! Thank you!���

What a Joke, They said they had the part in stock,They didn't, So when the Tech came here, He had no parts for my tub faucet, My husband went to Oakland to get the parts that was needed,The the next day they send another Tech Who broke the our New faucet,Then my husband had to go back to Oakland to by a new faucet, After the Tech took a hour to figure out how to put it in, My Husband had to help the Tech to replace our Faucet, He told the tech to remover the spacer it wasn't needed.. They only lost a star due to them being a bit more expensive, but today I learned you get what you pay for. My old furnace man did a good job, but John, the technician from Houle's tore my furnace down to the guts, used "scrubbing bubbles" to make my furnace shine and ensured every last bit of soot and grime was sucked up and gone. He looked like a doctor with all his test equipment, taking readings on my furnace. I am a happy camper. Thank you, John!!
Houles quoted me roughly $250-350 for my yearly furnace maintenance. They provided the service and left without leaving any invoice. My credit card was on file and they waited almost 3 WEEKS to charge my account, which happened to be over $540! The technician broke something in the process and our bill reflects extra parts and labor due to their technicians incompetence. Why am I being changed for Houles error?!
