he has been my ent for 20 years i think he is the best and tell everyone about him his staff are really great also
The best ENT I ever had. I would highly recommend Dr. Houle.
Always available when needed gives complete explanations on illnesses, a very professional office with a good staff.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a doctor. He was arrogant and rude when trying to do a simple ear wax removal. He said he couldn't perform the process because I flinched. I said I would sit still and he stormed out of the room but not before he insulted my wife for asking a simple question. Further, we received an 8AM to please arrive early because the doctor had a surgery. A nurse had to explain that he walked out to not puncture the eardrum. No bedside manner.
He did not provide any suggestions for help in a very difficult and painful situation or even a correct diagnosis. Another ENT doctor provided a diagnosis and recommendations for a cure.
