He is very dismissive and does not help patients once he has treated them and the treatment does not work. When someone losses their hearing suddenly, time is of the essence in treatment. after he tried steroid injections that did not work, we were told, "sorry, you may just have to live without hearing in one ear". The doctor he referred us to has never called back after 3 tries.
He saved my life by detecting pre-cancer of the tongue. I've been going to Dr. Houle for 20+ years and he is an outstanding doctor.
A very positive first impression. Lots of tests and I interfaced with a lot of staff members, all of whom were competent and friendly. Very impressed with Dr Houle. Only issue was on arrival - lots of people in the waiting room and minimal social distancing. I was very uncomfortable. When I return I will stay in the parking lot and ask them to call me when they are ready for me.
Dr. Bai Rossi, the Audiologist in this office, was wonderful in providing me with my new Phonak hearing aides. She was knowledgeable, patient, thorough and excellent in every way. I am very happy with her, the office and my new hearing aides
I visited for routine ear exams and concerns with hearing. Dr Houle seemed like a competent doctor and was a friendly man, but consistently seemed rushed and unconcerned about his patients. With the sheer number of doctors in the area, I would not recommend Dr. Houle.
The staff was friendly, kind and efficient. Dr Houle is an excellent and knowledgeable clinicians. I highly recommend him!
Easy to make an appointment. Doctor quickly found the problem and treated it . I would return to him for any type of ENT problem..
Great on all fronts!
I am in the medical field, and I can say that he is clearly an excellent clinician, very smart and caring. His staff is delightful to work with too.
