Made me wait 15 minutes in the waiting room and another 45 minutes in a tiny room. Said she had an emergency. Then got snippy with me when I said that 45 minutes is a long time to wait. She accidentally and temporarily blinded one eye because she didn't make sure I was looking up and not directly into the machine before she flashed a light into my eye. The office is beautifully decorated with eyeglasses displayed. Dr. Houlder is a trim, stylish woman and when you first meet her you feel conident that you will be taken care of. After the insurance has paid, they are not so friendly, Dr. Houlder really doesn't have time for you, and you leave feeling used. Dr. Houlder and her staff need to understand repeat business and recommendations are important.
