UPDATE: my sauna at my house is on the fritz. I joined hotworx again today until its fixed and WOW! their spin bikes are the most smooth ride and transition while doing the hiit session! The owner is still so extremely pleasant and just great guy all around. The other staff was also super attentive and kind. I'll forever recommend this facility! I loved this place a ton! I accidentally booked a trial thinking it was a different gym in Tulsa, but Im super jappy it ended up being here! The videos are fun, I love how safe everything is, and the people are very happy and friendly. I went here on a gym date woth my boyfriend, and we did have slightly different experiences. In the spin room his head nearly hit the ceiling, then in the row machine room when he straightened his legs at all it maxed the chord and felt like he was going to break the machine. This place changed my view on fitness. Being able to have my own space and go at my own pace is so comforting. Plus, when I don’t want a hot workout I can always use the weights and cable machine they have! Love it here!
When I went to cancel my membership, I was given two options. 1) Give them a 60 day notice (that did not include the current month we are in that I already paid for) and pay the membership cost for 2 more months or 2) PAY them to $99 in order to terminate my membership immediately. I feel completely scammed and this shows how greedy this place is and only cares about how they can get the most money out of you. I have NEVER had to pay to cancel a MONTH to MONTH membership until today. - Leilah S
