I love the convenience of coming in whenever my schedule allows since it is 24/7! I like that there is a variety of classes so working out never gets boring. Using the functional zone weights is nice too if there is a day where I don’t want to work out in infrared. Amanda and all the staff are wonderful and helpful!
I’ve been a member now for 2-1/2 years; can’t say enough about the amazing workout and friendly staff. Having access 24 hours a day is a huge bonus when trying to fit in a workout with a busy schedule for a working mom of two. I’m addicted!
I just started at Hotworx last week and I love it! I haven’t had much motivation to get back into the gym until I had my free session at Hardin Valley. It made me fall in love with working out again. I look forward to coming everyday, which I never thought would happen. If you do not like working out in front of everyone at the gym, this is for you! It is kept very clean and staff is always willing to help, especially Ellie!
If I could give this gym a 10 I would for both personal reasons and for the gym itself. Gym: This gym is 24 hours a day with a keycode and app to get into the door (outside of gym included). The parking lot is well lit and safe at all times of the night. You schedule your times to workout on the app (screenshot of app included). I have been coming to HOTWORX for like 2 and 1/2 years! I love it so much! It’s a great way to get a workout in! The staff have always been amazing, so nice, friendly, and welcoming! The place is so clean!
