I've been into fitness all my life, but after a car accident and two surgeries, I hadn't worked out in 2 years. I was bored by the treadmill and free weights at home. My sister and niece are members, so I tried it out and have been a member for almost 6 months now, and I LOVE the workouts! I love the virtual instructors and their enthusiasm during each workout! The Hardin Valley location is very clean and well-cared for, and each staff member is super friendly! I highly recommend this place for all workout enthusiasts!
