Olivia was one of the most helpful people I have met in a long time! Driving across the country in a moving truck, I got stuck in a traffic jam and decided to take a break somewhere safe and heal! She had wonderful suggestions and took wonderful care of me! The gym itself is one of the nicest I have ever been to! Thank you Knoxville Cedar Bluff HotWorx!

Great experience when I was a member here- only no longer a member at this location, switched to Hardin Valley because it is much closer. This location (cedar bluff) is always clean and has great staff.

I learned about Hotworx in an ad online somewhere, and was really intrigued. I signed up for a free class, and the employees who showed me around were just amazing. Kate showed me everything and explained everything quickly but thoroughly. I took the Hot Iso workout and was pretty much hooked from there. The 24 hour availability along with the incredible staff and different class offerings are great. This will definitely be my primary workout spot!
