I love HOTWORX and I just had the most amazing experience with the help from Haley (i believe) and she helped me get all set up switching from a different studio! She was so kind and patient with me while we figured it out! I would recommend this studio to ANYONE!!! So excited to start my journey here!!!
Waste of time. Seems like a great workout, but a really bad first impression. They market a free workout to try the gym, but you have to show up when it's supervised so you can meet someone who works there. I showed up on time, waited more than 15 minutes and nobody showed up. No one answers the phone, or text texts. And the time I was waiting, multiple members had to knock on the glass and asked to be let in because even though they booked on the app and we're supposed to have 24 seven access, the door just wasn't working t... read more
