Waste of time. Seems like a great workout, but a really bad first impression. They market a free workout to try the gym, but you have to show up when it's supervised so you can meet someone who works there. I showed up on time, waited more than 15 minutes and nobody showed up. No one answers the phone, or text texts. And the time I was waiting, multiple members had to knock on the glass and asked to be let in because even though they booked on the app and we're supposed to have 24 seven access, the door just wasn't working t... read more

I have been a member at this location for over a year, I greatly enjoy getting in the sauna for any class I can. However, I have been rather disappointed of late. I schedule classes during staffed hours for the convenience of the employees having the sauna turned on and ready. Recently it’s a 50/50 chance my sauna is on when I’ve booked hours in advance, while the employee at the desk was doing nothing but scrolling on their phone when I arrived.
