I have recently signed up for hotworxs membership and I am highly disappointed that most of the equipment I have used there are like 2 or more machines broken. There is a sauna with no sound and lights coming out of the ceiling. You need to get these fixed.
The worst location I have been to. A lot of things are broken or have a lot of wear and tear. To be paying as much as it is monthly you would think they would have better upkeep.
DO NOT sign a membership here if you don't want to get scammed out of your money! The membership sign up is especially deceitful to anyone hoping to join late into the school year since you are locked in unless you want to pay $99 to terminate. Per their "logic" and policy that was intentionally very vague upon signing up, I should have put in my notice to cancel the day I signed up! 2 months notice to cancel a gym membership is ridiculous and an absolute scheme to scam their members.
