Test drove a truck Friday morning but the tires were bad. They text me around noon and said they put new tires on it. So I headed back over from Pittsburg KS Friday afternoon with checkbook in hand. When I got there the power windows, locks, and mirrors wouldn’t work. I stuck around for over two hours in the heat trying to help them figure out what was wrong. bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze with 83,000 miles on it less than three months later I have five shift solenoids bad a bad valve cover and engine oil cooler that's leaking the guy told me that he bought a warranty plus which covered a good majority of those issues when I tried to claim the warranty they told me if I only had a basic package warranty that he didn't pay for the plus warranty he assured me that that was a mistake and that he would do everything he could to help me get my car fixed he has yet to do a single thing othe... read more

My wife bought a car 5 months ago and we have had nothing but problems with it ever since. The air conditioning has never worked. So we finally got it checked out of mechanic and it's going to cost a $600 to get it fixed. The hydraulics on the back trunk work for a few days and we had to replace those as well even though the dealer told us that he would take care of it. It's been an awful experience.
