Been going to this gym for a few months and I quickly became obsessed. The energy all the instructors bring is insane they are all amazing!! The detox you get from the hot room is š¤š½Ā
Iāve been coming here since January and they have the best hot classes in the valley hands down. The community is the best-super welcoming and the instructors motivate you to challenge yourself in every class. Iāve not only gained strength physically but mentally as well since coming here. Classes can be modified and are great for all levels!Ā
The best work out classes in the valley. I love when people ask meā¦so is it just hot yoga?? Hahaā¦no. Itās a variety of workout classes that will push you to the limit and leave you dripping.Ā
