RecommendedJust had our one-year anniversary of owning the hot tub. I highly recommend these guys--friendly, great service in the store, at installation, and with the service of the tub after it was installed.
Mark, the owner, is very easy to deal with - friendly and responsive. Mark, who installed our table, worked hard and did a great job.
They will come out and fix things anytime even on Christmas Eve and take calls day and night even late at night.( Mark R.)
There service at this place is terrible. I have had multiple things go wrong with my spa and Am still having issues. Do Not buy a tub from these people.
Excellent place to get a pool table
We have had our spa for almost a year. Mark and his staff always answer questions and help in every way. Wish We had purchased years ago. Thank you Hot Springs!
Bringing my daughter and having a lot of fun
We have been Spa owners for the past 15 years and have been working with Hot Spring in Bemidji for the last 18 months or so and we could not be more impressed. The people and service are outstanding and would reccomend that anyone shopping for a spa reach out to Mark and the team at Hot Soring in Bemidji!!
If your thinking about a HotSprings, STOP thinking about it. Do yourself a favor, and get one! Mark and his group are knowledgeable and great to work with, above all they do it with keeping you as a satisfied customer! My wife and purchased one in late August. After working hard and playing harder, it's relaxing and an escape. Truly one of the best "big" purchases we've made.
