Maral is the Best!!! Not only is Maral the best hair and eyebrow stylist I have had, she is one of the friendliest and kindest people I know. When you walk into the salon, you are happily welcomed by everyone there. All the girls are really nice and friendly. You really feel like you're at home! Best Hair Stylist Eveeer! A few months back, I wanted to cut my hair and wanted a different stylist. A good friend recommended Maral. Maral is a very friendly person and easy to get along with. Maral was great! After giving me her suggestion I decided to go with it. Not only was it a good suggestion, but Maral made sure with me that that's what I wanted to do before she did anything. I loved the end result! She definitely know's what she's doing....She's very attentive and professional. I would recommend Maral to anyone.

Terrible Cut I recently walked into the salon for the first time based on the feedback posted here. My hair was butchered and when I looked up had tears in my eyes. After I provided step by step instructions Mar al still managed to butcher my bangs and the rest of the hair was cut uneven. She needs to learn to listen to her clients and pay less attention to her cell phone or talking to her friends in Armenian that enters the salon when she is in he middle of a haircut. BELIEVE these reviews! Over 50 reviewers couldn't be wrong, right?. . . I was looking for a person that could do my brows - not some ghetto hole-in-the-wall, not an asian fobby place (no offense to anyone), not a nail/wax/hair salon, not a ritzy day spa that charges you an arm and a leg. . . you get the picture. Anyway, I googled "eyebrow waxing", and Hotheads came up.

If you have curly hair don't go to her I recently moved to Pasadena and went to Jasmine after reading the reviews here. I didn't realize that her talent and her creativity that has been touted on this website only extended to the giving people the standard cookie-cutter look. You know... the type of hair that everyone has. Straight, bangs. I think she might be good at that, but throw any different sort of hair at her and she will butcher it.

I love this salon I recently moved to Pasadena and was having a difficult time finding a hair salon I could trust. I have been going to Giuseppe Franco??s in Beverly Hills for years and once you find a stylist who knows your hair, you are hooked for life. Worst Haircut Ever I paid way too much money to have my hair butchered. She seemed to be irritated or in a bad mood and then proceeded to take it out on my hair. It's beyond repair. She's nice and everything, but seriously, think twice before you go there.
