Lady at the desk, I believe her name is Jean, is so nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Highly recommend this hotel
Dark and dated. Rooms on the first floor were musty smelling... for a dry climate, this was surprising! The staff was responsive to our request to be moved and were able to accommodate us to another room on an upper floor. Less room that the previous room, but not comfortable. The road noise from Route 36 was loud all night. We checked out the next day and found another property.
The heat in the room is cold. I was cold the entire stay. The hot tub and pool are being renovated and the only option is to go to another hotel's pool. So no hot tub
Jean was an amazing person at the front desk.
