This company will not communicate with its customers. If you call you never get an answer and they never return phone calls. Their email has bouncebacks on it that it's not a valid address. How the BBB has not shut this company down yet is beyond me!

we were told that the card hotelblox tried to use for our entire 7 night stay in Hawaii was declined due to fraudulent reasons. then we had to pay for 2 nights out of our pocket while the hotel we are at tried to get everything figured out for us. hotelblox just gives us the run around and doesn't care that all our money that we should be enjoying and spending here is tied up because of them. not cool when you've been paying for a vacation for a year and can't even do anything but sit and wait for our money to be released ba... read more

I agree with Earl. Hotelblox does not do what they say they will do. They lied straight to us. We are having to hire an attorney and put a complaint in with the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. They lie to you and then refuse to take your calls. Do not use this service.

Watch out for Hotelblex, They do not do what they say they will.

If you are providing service or product to Hotelblox collect your payments in advance. He owes me thousands of dollars and will not even return my calls. Payment is months delinquent. My advise,,,avoid Lepate Cunningham.
