Nice hotel great location
clean and the staff was very helpful always greeting you,
So far checking in is dreadful. The young lady who checked me in is rude and said the room isn’t ready and they have to “check” the room. Did nothing to expedite the process. I’m going to be late for my meeting. Hopefully this gets better so far it’s dire!
Attentive service, swanky atmosphere and AMAZINGLY close to Palm Springs Gay Night Life!
