Excellent clean and friendly hotel. Highly recommended!
Front desk is unreliable. My boyfriend and I frequently stay here and come from different states. He books it and gives my name as guest with permission to check if I arrive before him. On this last visit he made reservation with Arianna and she didn't make a note on reservation or computer glitched and they will not allow me to check in even though they see past reservations with the permission note. Not very welcoming.
We were here for a weekend visit with the family, and what an amazing choice the Watershed was. The lobby was stunning, and the staff was all so kind. The rooms were extremely well appointed and seemed recently remodeled - the shower was modern, bright, stylish and VERY clean, down to the grout, which I appreciated. The beds were extremely comfortable, slept like a rock lol. We utilized the french press coffee service one morning and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Norwalk area!
My husband and I stayed for one night. I loved it. There were a couple of cons but mostly pros. I’ll keep this review super honest. First of all the location is so convenient. It’s literally right off the highway. The area seemed safe and secure no problems there. Checking in was very easy. The ladies at the front desk were very warm and welcoming, super friendly.
