Room and entire hotel had a musty stench. A rat crawled out from under the refrigerator, and when I reached out to the front desk for it to be handled - was told to wait an hour since housekeeping isn’t in house 24/7.
Cool atmosphere and if all the big names are to expensive, this is a solid safe and well run option (I’m a business traveler)
I just stayed here this past weekend and had a great experience. Room was clean, staff was helpful and friendly, secure and it was perfectly located. I’d definitely stay here again!
Abbiamo prenotato tramite agenzia e siamo arrivati a San Francisco con qualche dubbio, perché all’inizio avevamo visto alcune persone un po’ “fuori di testa”. Poi però abbiamo capito che era una caratteristica della città e non del posto in cui soggiornavamo. L’hotel è in una posizione centralissima, proprio accanto a Union Square e al capolinea dello storico tram di San Francisco. È molto bello, particolare e pulitissimo.
