Absolutely the best place to stay in Houston. The themed rooms and one with extra couch space are the best. Love the breakfast and the cocktails. Dinner is ok.
We went last week and we didn't get a good impression of the hotel, the service was bad and we didn't get good attention from the management, I wouldn't recommend it after our experience.
The service at Zaza’s the best I’ve received anywhere. They go out of their way to make you happy. The coffee stand on each floor is awesome. The hotel is rad. The rooms are great. Highly recommended!
Everything but the waiter he stole my credit card and I lost $280
Definitely join their club! Nice rooms. Great staff and amenities. And the bar has an exceptional whiskey collection. If you don’t see what you want, ask for Alex. He has several off menu bottles.

Beautiful and american glamorous hotel with a lovely swimming pool and very nice staff. My room was awesome with lovely views to the swimming pool.

Do not give them your debit card. They've charged ME $100 when there were no charges due to the company I work for picking up the tab. Yet MY money is frozen for who knows how long
