This has to be the most accommodating hotel I have ever been to. The staff are amazing ! If you want the bust customer service this is the place ! The only negative is the rooms are a little dark to me personally. The location is definitely if you like the bar scene !
My son and I stayed there for one night because we were going to see the Deftones play at Petco Park. We only had to walk four short blocks to get to the park. The hotel was safe, secure, and employees were very, very friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room had really nice amenities. 10/10. I would definitely recommend staying here.
This was a great stay! The pineapple theme was so cute I loved the little doggo vibe they had in the hotel. My only con is them not having their own parking structure and having to pay for parking but the closest parking structure has a fairly good deal so it’s wasn’t too bad. They gave us complimentary drinks upon check in which was lovely on top of the free coffee in the lobby and free snacks from 3-6pm they had which was a nice plus. Jan and Alan were both amazing hosts, and incredibly friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Cannot recommend the Z hotel any more, it’s absolutely amazing!!
This is my second time staying at Hotel Z Adriana was very nice and helpful on arrival 10/10 stay will definitely be coming back :)
