I stayed here over the weekend with my family (2 adults, 2 young children), and we had a great experience. First off, Dom and Lauren at the front desk were so welcoming and even accommodated us to a room closer to the elevator. The room was perfect for us, clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately we didn’t get to try the on-site restaurants, but they offer a well-equipped fitness room and a lawn area which hosted a farmers market as well as a movie night! Nice newer clean trendy hotel.
So many problems here. Can't recommend. Good stuff: Location was convenient for suburban Philadelphia itinerary. Nearby restaurants look promising. Bad news: So many problems here; we stayed 2 nights. Most of the liquid soap, etc. dispenser pumps were empty on arrival. Our morning request to the front desk to clean room and restock pumps wasn't honored. We had to insist (after 4+ hours away) that they clean/restock the room, and then they did a minimal/subpar job of it. The room lighting was very inadequate and at least one ... read more
