The quality of service at this hotel is not up to standards given that it is a Tapestry. I have stayed here several times for work trips because it's the nicest in the area. The staff is not helpful or knowledgeable. On one trip, I had asked ot have my employer pay for the hotel in advance and no one at the front desk had ever heard of this happening, which is shocking to me since employers due this all the time. I’m convinced the latest one star reviews are from a disgruntled employee. We hosted a company retreat here this past week and had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and attentive.

this place is an absolute joke. I’ve stayed here multiple times as there’s only two options for hotel hotels in Conshohocken (here and the Marriott). on several occasions, my room was not ready until 5 PM (check in is at 3pm; no discount offered), I’ve been given a dirty room, and the fire alarm has gone off incessantly over the course of a 2 day stay, waking me up when I barely had any sleep and was working. i’ve had to stay here a couple of times and every single time my room was not ready a check in time (3 pm). Often we have to ask for a sheet changes because once there was blood on our sheets. The first few times I stayed here the service from the front desk to the cleanliness to the restaurant and bar was impeccable but the last time I seen her, it was a complete joke. this place is really gone downhill. They seem to have gotten rid of the old staff that really made this place special to us. We stayed here multiple times as our daughter goes to a nearby college and we used to love the bar and restaurant as well as the friendly people at the front desk….. Now the lack of attention to detail and service is palpable. The rooms are never ready by check-in and they offer you a glass of wine like that that’s gonna make it better.
