The rooms felt new and similar to 4-star Bonvoy room. The staff was always readily available to help with questions or provide suggestions as needed. Location could not be better for visiting West Chester.
We used a block of rooms for our son’s wedding. The gentleman helping coordinate this was helpful and responsive. It was a great location for walking pretty much anywhere we needed to go, and the $5 parking garage nearby was convenient… once we figured out where the hotel was from inside the garage. The employee at the desk (sadly I didn’t get her name) was friendly and helpful throughout the weekend. *Update* - Be WARNED about Hotel WARNER. The response to my review from the hotel owner reflects events that never happened. I canceled my reservation before staying there. Why does the response to my review include details referring to a stay that did not happen, including taking a shower and requesting a checkout time? I have never stepped foot inside this hotel.
