Zu teuer und nicht inkl. Frühstück. Zimmer trotz teurem Preis sehr klein, kein Kühlschrank (in der Sommerhitze hätte man auch in der Nacht mal ein kühles Getränk), Rooftop war ok, aber sehr lärmig. Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich.
Have been a guest at Hotel Wales more than a few times over the last several years while visiting family. The hotel staff is great, the suites are clean and reasonably priced. The consistency of service and personnel makes the Wales feel like a home away from home. A fun, quirky place to stay in the Upper East Side.
Great location, friendly staff. Rooms are average size but very comfortable,clean and great style. Thank you. Oh yes, the shower is fabulous!!
We stayed at Hotel Wales for 5 nights as part of our first time family visit to USA from Australia. Our suite was full of local character, giving us a glimpse of life on Madison Avenue. We were greeted with smiles, crisp red apples in the morning and complimentary Sangria on our return from a days exploring of NYC.
