The Hotel vetiver vacation we just experienced was absolutely fantastic! The room was perfect. The service and staff were incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. From the bellmen, to the front desk and housekeepers, all made our family vacation so incredibly pleasant. We have stayed there before and can't imagine staying anywhere else in the in New York. Great location - subways, food and shopping all just only a train a ride away! Highly recommended and can't wait to come back. Great Job VETIVER!
One of hotel's first guest! Hotel Vetiver is great – I was lucky enough to be one of their first guest and it was great! I stayed here during the new years weekend. The rooms are huge and the balcony view of the city was marvelous. Rosalia the front office manager is great. She really help us with all our needs. I highly recommend this location because of its comfortable rooms and easy access to NYC. We plan on staying again!
Stranded in NYC – I had reservations for two rooms, Sept 7th - 10th for my daughter's wedding. The week of the US open and 10th anniversary of 9/11. I arrived at the hotel and it was closed No one on the street either. I called the hotel, no answer or call back. I sent an email, of course no answer nor did anyone show up to help find me a room or check on my safety. hotel STOLE my money – Absolutely AVOID this place. I booked a room for my stay in the city, payed first night in advance, all was ok. A week before my arrival in ny the hotel cancelled my reservation. All good, but this happened in MARCH and I am still waiting for my refund. I have been writing emails almost every day now, and have never actually managed to get my money back. WORST customer service ever.
Great Views of Manhattan – $99 weeknight rate
Just got a sneek peek – They had the construction fence down and were putting the finishing touches on the awnings. I stuck my head in and the new staff was very attentive. The construction on the inside is complete. They showed me around to a few show rooms that were gorgeous. They say that they are taking reservations now for the opening on December 17th. I live right down the street. Now I know where my family is staying this year for the holidays
