Placed our friends here during their stay. they loved it!
This was my first stay at the Kimpton Enso and it was a very clean and quiet hotel in an otherwise busy city. What made the stay memorable was the staff. From check in to check out everyone went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and did so with a smile. It was a joy to stay there for the weekend.
Hotel staff, front desk and rooms, are clean, spacious, good service, staff are always welcoming and ready to help for anything we needed. Restaurant, location are very convenient if you’re looking for a quiet a nice time. Nick, Edward, house keeping ladies, and everybody represent highly what a customer service means to be. Thank you
“Worst experience” 首先，第一天入住發現浴室嚴重漏水，門底及門邊少了兩塊隔水膠片，幾乎用哂所有毛巾來抺乾地板，只是讓前台多拿兩條毛巾及收走地上已濕透的毛巾，等了又等，員工只遞了毛巾，再次提醒仍十分不願意拿走地上的濕毛巾。 房間另一邊的燈也壞了，不能亮，房間極之黑暗，當晚太累，懶得換房決定第二日再跟前台投訴。 第二日早上6時多就傳來隔壁房間打開擴音在電話高談闊論的聲音，隔音太差，極之困擾，然後8點就有員工敲門想清潔房間，早上8點？！需要這麼早嗎？ 第二天我們有跟前台反映浴室問題，只跟我們說會提供多兩條毛巾稍後會有人檢查燈。結果等了30分鐘，沒有人來。再打電話，再等，最終也沒有人出現。我們只好放棄，先睡覺，畢竟太早被人吵醒，很累。 第三天，早上10時出門，晚上10時才回來，沒有人來清潔！是否因為沒有給小費就沒有清潔服務？！這實在是太離譜！ 最後當然沒有更換房間，沒有人理會浴室/燈的問題，還沒有清潔房間！這經驗應該是我住酒店之中最差的經驗了！ 絕對不推薦這家酒店！
Always love staying at a Kimpton! This location is perfectly placed, quiet and the front desk is fantastic.
