Woke up both mornings by construction that started at 6am. Earplugs didn’t help with the noise. I informed the front desk I will not be staying again. They should have to inform guests in advance if the city has told them about construction. I would have chosen another hotel for my SF birthday trip.
The showers leaked in both rooms!
I don’t know why anyone in their right mind stay at this hotel. The whole building looks like a prison and my room had a big wet yellow stain on the floor when I checked in. It took them 30 minutes to send someone to check it and make sure it’s bot hazardous. They didn’t even attempt to upgrade or change my room. Expensive with low staff and no amenities and honestly should be a sad 2 star hotel.
Very clean place. The bed and pillows are very comfy. Enjoying the tv at night and I love the smell of the soap. Overall great place to stay. People at the front desk were very awesome. We came late at night and they were very nice and helpful. An A+ stay👍
