Had a lovely stay at this location in the heart of Japantown. It's not especially themed or fancy, but it's clean and crazy quiet and has a nice enough view. The service was a standout, every member of the staff really worked to elevate the experience, kudos to them!
Nice and clean place, pillows are so comfy unlike competitors. Shower is huge and has the wall control at the door vs under the showerhead so you don’t get wet. The flooring in the restroom feels heated as well.

The front desk is very welcoming. And everyone has been attentive to our needs. The location is perfect to grab a Lyft and head out for restaurants and destinations. Easy walking for bakeries, breakfast, dinner. And best sleep I’ve had in a hotel for some time. Temperature easy to control, bathrobes, no cheap plastic glasses. We have stayed here several times and loved it!
