This was a great location for us. Breakfast was included daily as was a happy hour. I understand that there is also a free BBQ weekly, but we were elsewhere. Room was clean and serviceable.
Need a better happy hr and the mexican lady thats works in there is rude i shouldve cussed her ass out
The room wasn't very clean and when we called to have the air fixed they said the would send someone and never did. I also got attacked by bed bugs. This was the worst experience I have ever had. Glad my husband found us another hotel to stay at while we were there for the rest of our vacation. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY THERE.
The staff was great and the room was very comfortable.

NICE N CLEAN...NO ROACHES, NO BED BUGS..WAS A HUGE THUMBS UP,,, THE HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE WAS AWESOME...THE BREAKFEST WAS VERY GOOD,, N THE POOL WAS GREAT...MY FAMILY LOVE IT...THANK U AGAIN FOR YOUR SERVICES,,,NEXT TIME WE WILL THINK OF STAYING THEIR AGAIN...
Tv didn't work. Couldn't check in till 4, front desk girl was rude. Rarely do I complain but there's plenty of hotels in PHX. I won't come back.
