It is sad to say the changes I saw this past time I stayed in Tempe Innsuites. I have been staying at this Hotel for years and I loved it. This past experience was awful from the moment I arrived with the front desk customer service, not only to me but was also observed with the gentleman next to me. The lady at the front desk was very rude! the facility itself was dirty.
