Lots of character in the hotel itself. They need more staff in the bar and restaurant.Very comfortable room at a very good price ,It may not be everyone's cup of tea but it is a breath of fresh air from the chains.The food is good the draft beer selection is poor and the understaffing really makes it problematic when trying to relax.
The food is excellent, the price was surprisingly affordable and the decor was very romantic.
RecommendedWe arrived very late but the dining room was still open. Both of our dishes were well prepared and delicious. The bill was surprisingly low. The service was exceptional.
When we arrived they where already booked. They had not received our Expedia reservation I had made almost a week prior to our stay. The girl at the desk was running the front desk and bar. She was kind enough to find a room. Since we stayed in the owners suit it faced the front of the building just above the pouch where a couple stayed outside and talked half the night. The so called "free" breakfast was a joke.
First time my husband & I ate there together..we ate in The Depot..food was excellent..your french onion soup was wonderful. .for the price..the service you can't beat that.
