The Hotel is very nice looking and conveniently located. The room was nicely set up for an extended stay, however the bed not that comfortable, the pillows were weird,( not sure what they were stuffed with) and during the night my husband and I would wake up hot and throw the covers off and then the air conditioning would come on blowing freezing cold air directly on us so we’d cover up again. We were on the 3rd floor and there’s a dirty carpet smell that’s pretty bad. We didn’t get room service- not sure if they don’t provide room service for a 2 day stay. The breakfast was decent. The location was great for my son’s soccer tournament and the pool was the best part!
They have 2 types of rooms, but the bigger rooms all face the highway so are a little noisy/loud. It's actually not as bad as I would have thought but you can't open a window without hearing a waterfall of cars. Complaints: Our fridge sounded like a helicopter, and the AC was insanely loud to the point it would shake the room and the desk inside. I have been staying at this hotel for the past 5 months, at least twice a month. Every time I come, the information about complimentary water changes. In all this time, I have only received two bottles of water twice. Today, when I asked for water, I was told it is only available for Global members. Additionally, the rooms do not have body lotion, and the shampoo and conditioner smell like they are expired. I will not be staying at this hotel anymore. There is a weird small as soon.
