Jaeni the front desk agent was super nice and accommodating with our stay she made sure our check in was super smooth and fast, big shoutout to C as well for going above and beyond with our drinks to help the night after a long flight from Pennsylvania. The room was super clean and comfortable we had such a blast staying here!

Eloisa was very sweet and amazing! She was helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately be careful about getting anything on any of the towels because they'll charge you almost 30 dollars per towel for damages to replace them. Just want to give everyone a heads up on that. Also this charge was after my door was broken all week where I was unable to lock it from the inside and the key card only worked sometimes to open it.
