Front desk staff friendly. Made my reservation back in March. Went to the room and was given rm #111 right next to the 11 mile (street). That was not good hard to sleep VERY noisy. Room was nice though
We had the pleasure to stay there for two nights in March 2017. Very friendly staff, we were allowed a late check-out without being charged extra. The only minus is the windows. It's not possible to open them for fresh air... Best regards from Europe. :-)
I had an awesome stay at hotel royal oak! All the rooms are cute and charming, love the hip industrial vibe. I even left my camera at the hotel they personally overnighted it to me in Florida! Thank you�
I would soooo give this adorable King suite a 5* rating, with its new modern renovation, bar with bar stools, comfortable King bed, and warm, friendly front desk girls.... If it weren't for the fact that the temperature in the room was stuck on 80+ degrees as their boiler system was malfunctioning. Even the AC unit @ 64 degrees couldn't get the room below 76-78F. Talk about hot flashes all night long!!! They were very accommodating when I mentioned the issue and am sure it will be quickly resolved and ready for new guests.
The room and service were good, my only complaint would be the dirty bathroom floor with nasty long black hairs from the previous guest. The front desk guy was great.
Love the place, love what they're doing with it. Would highly recommend, and we're looking forward to staying again!
