Wonderful customer service
Lady I booked with over the phone was rude and pushy. Booking experience over the phone felt off and was forced to cancel. I would recommend looking for a alternate location if you are staying in the Victoria area.

Can the lady this am Fri May 29 at 820 am not just be nice and polite and just civil??? No she can not. All I did was say it was so far away to park politely and got cold shoulder. Then I sked NICELY if my moving van would be compensated as I pd for overnight parking and I got the...well I told you on the phone nonsense! Terrible 1 star experience on service! Not used to rudeness! Just know this when booking here, if you book here and which I can't see myself returning.
