Staff is so friendly!!!
This hotel refuses to upgrade Priceline customers to king rooms, no matter how under-booked they are. Most places don't care...the Preston makes sure you know you're just Priceline.
Glad I pricelined and got a 3 1/2 * hotel for 2 * prices ...I was all hopeful after seeing the front lobby and key controlled elevator ...but then the fantasy ended. Lipstick on a pig is still a pig.

My husband was in the shower and said "the shampoo smells like Ajax" to which I replied "I like it". It must be a man/hate women/like sort of thing after reading all these tips Should we tell Aveno?
Always have your room key! Can't use elevators without it. Learned this the hard way!
