Centrally located, this place has a great pool, lots of parking and super comfy beds. Seems like people come to enjoy the pool as it was busy from 8am to 10pm. Lots of lounge chairs, a large heated pool and oversized hot tub. Restaurant too.
For the premium paid to stay at this property, I expect better. Water was always empty at the pool, chair covers were stained and generally dirty. Coffee was empty in the lobby in the morning. I was locked out of my room twice due to faulty key cards. The rooms don't have a chair to sit in other than the desk chair. The creamer for in room coffee was expired. *Updating from 2 stars to 1 star on July 30th because the staff response still doesn’t include an apology. Nobody wants to stay at a hotel with rude staff. As someone in customer service I cannot reiterate this enough* The pool and amenities are nice and the only reason it receives 2 stars. The housekeeping staff were the only kind staff I encountered.
