It's the feather beds! The most delicious bed. Use to stay there every year for the Monterey Grand Prix in Laguna Seca. Seriously, the most glorious hotel bed I've every slept in.
Noisey rooms. Thin walls. Bed is comfy and fireplace is nice. Internet should be free...
Comfy beds but a little noisy
Messed up reservation. Gave a terrible attitude immediately after and took no responsibility. No handicap rooms with 2 beds, and the roll away is an air mattress. Steer clear if you want good CS.
BAD customer service! Messed up our reservation and no apology or smile
They really need to offer free wireless to guest, at least in the lobby! Beds still are the best sleep in town though....
