I called once, it rang once before someone answered without saying hello. I could hear noise in the background. They hang up the phone. I call again...phone rings 3 times and they hangup. It didn't even go to voicemail. I called once more, because at this point, I'm a little irritated. The same thing happens. At least let the call go to voicemail.
