I can't give it a 0 star or I would. Wife ordered prime rib rare...came out medium well, sent it back. Next one came out cold. And by cold I mean the fat was solid, and there was still congealed blood on the top. Sent it back and she changed to the filet...which was ok at best. Mentioned the issues to the manager, and got nothing but excuses (rare steaks are usually cold?!?!?!????) Will not be going back, and highly recommend unless you like hospital food, you don't either.
