If you are in a larger vehicle navigating and parking are a little challenging. Other than that a great stay with awesome service. Kudos to all the staff there
Best rates downtown, clean, doesn't smell. Good people.
Located in downtown Tacoma, WA., convenient and easy to find. Plenty of parking with several EV charging stations. The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean and nice artworks located throughout the main lobby and every floor! Staff is helpful, polite, and friendly. The bar is nicely situated on the main floor. The bar staff are excellent! Rooms are spacious and expertly cleaned. Some of the floor carpets areas are a bit worn and could be replaced, but that is the only negative comment I have about this excellent hotel.
Waiting over 40 minutes for an elevator is not uncommon
