Willy at the rooftop bar provided EXCELLENT service. Very kind and attentive. I would definitely recommend him and this place!
First time staying at Hotel Melby and so far, so good. Front desk ladies Monica and Destiny were very responsive at check in and easy to approach for general hotel information. Looking forward to exploring downtown Melbourne during my stay.
Destiny was very friendly and helpful and before we even arrived. I had to call and she confidently answered all my questions. Room was clean, and anytime we needed anything they were very quick to accommodate. The location is perfect as well, surrounded by many choices for food and shopping. Their own rooftop restaurant is top notch!
