There was an excessive amount of patron noise the first night until 2:30am. It was very difficult to get rest for our event. I have never had to initiate a noise complaint until this. The bathroom has a heavy mildew smell and there was noticable mold in some locations. Staff was very pleasant and attentive.

Only looks good on the outside. The pool is excessively green, the bottom of the pool is murky and on the side walls along with the hot tub have a yellow film. Hot tub very run down, cracked floors, yellow film, and seeds from the tree above the tub dropped in. Inside the room wasnt promising either, when i first walked in it smelled horrible, the shower bar handle ended up having mold growing on it, and ive found a dark red spot stained on the wall. turning on the bathroom lights, the shower light took a while to turn on an... read more

The staff are courteous, professional, and work to do what they can for us. They're as accommodating as they can be, when my sibling and I have been in a bit of a situation they do what they can to make entering and exiting easier paper-wise. And the breakfast was always very lovely.

Nice hotel, warm water in pool, bed were comfortable, plenty parking, needs more walking distance restaurants
