For anybody thinking of staying here this place is NOT a smoke free hotel. Don’t say you haven’t been warned.
Update: On Sunday morning (8/31/25), I spoke to a person who said she was THE manager at the hotel. She said there’s not much they can do about people smoking weed here except use ozone machines in the rooms. “You know, the area allows it…” So, okay then. She wasn’t rude, but the chat was unproductive. Only one night left to go. This could have been 5 stars, if they enforced the no smoking rules and maybe if parking was a bit less than $55 per night. A due passi da Dupont Circle, e vicinissimo alla omonima stazione della metropolitana che porta nella parte più iconica della città. Hotel pulito e moderno, personale gentilissimo e sempre con il sorriso. Ho gradito il cocktail di benvenuto, acqua sempre a disposizione e palestra aperta h24. Unica nota negativa il costo esagerato del parcheggio proposto da loro, in alternativa sono presenti vari garage che ahimè chiudono presto la sera.
