What a great hotel. On top of everything but a calm oasis in the hurly burly. Without exception the staff were warm and charming and, although small for 3 of us, it was very comfortable and offered everything we needed. I warmly recommend this excellent hotel!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all super friendly, were eager to give out information and recommendations for places to visit and eat. The service was great; they always greeted us and checked how we were doing when they saw us. The hotel was very nice, clean and had a great little bar area and courtyard. The location was great; right in the heart of the French Quarter, just off Bourbon Street. We loved our stay here! The staff were very friendly and accommodating! Free drinks, free breakfast, clean clean rooms and free wi-fi ! Parking per night is high, the only negative!!! I will stay here again for sure! Thanks. David!
I you can get over the French Quarters smell this Hotel is very nice and quiet...The staff was very helpful and Profesional, especially the kitchen staff...
Hotel staff is great, Rooms are clean and wonderful. Accounting and management staff are incompetitent. Charged my account twice, holding $1500 for almost a week, now i have to wait 3-5 business to get $500 back that shouldve never been charged to begin with
