Staff is friendly, but they made a terrible mistake. Gave my room to somebody else and gave us the same key. I walked into some other people already in the room. This could be very awkward or very dangerous.

An absolute dump of a hotel. Dated, dirty, frayed carpet in room. Fitness center was a joke. During check in lobby was super warm and front desk workers were rude. Avoid at all costs

Nice hotel Don't stay on the 10th floor. The restaurant is above on the 11th floor. Around 545am they start dragging tables around to "set up". The noise is extremely loud and wakes you up. This continues for at least an hour or more Then it starts up again around 9pm when they close the restaurant and continues until 11pm. When thats done they start moving other things on rolling carts up and down the hall to store them in rooms near guest rooms...slamming doors along the way. This hotel gets points for location. The curio collection in the states is very hit and miss and sadly, this converted motel is a miss in my book. We arrived on Super Bowl Sunday for a two night stay and Daniel, the operations manager told me that unfortunately there were no upgrades for a diamond member because they were full for part of our stay.
