My wife and I stayed here 2 weeks ago and although we appreciated the location and the service from the staff, the room itself and the cleanliness were below average. We found hair in the bathroom, the sink smelled like sewage and the bed sheet on the bassinet we requested for our infant had 2 large stains. The stains were only visible in the evening so make sure to check it thoroughly before using. Unfortunately we will not be staying at this property again.
The AC is terrible. If you look at their reviews they’ve known about the issue for years and have done nothing about it. I was in a top floor room and asked to be switched to a room that had better AC & a functional shower door. The front desk attendant swapped me to a lower room with a worse AC output. I gave up and stayed in that room till it started getting hotter than left the hotel 3 days before my stay ended. This hotel is only worth it in the winter.
The redeeming quality is the employees
The room was spectacular. We had beautiful views and good customer service. The room was very very clean. The location was excellent. We were very close to the beach and great food. We did not get to try the food at the hotel because it was very pricey. I would for sure recommend this hotel and I would book again in the future. Safe area!
