Everyone there was so pleasant, especially the 3rd shift front desk man and the 2nd shift valet. They made our stay so enjoyable. The room was nice, not extremely fancy but it was very cozy. I will be staying there again when I make it back to San Francisco.
Well, I really love this hotels style, location, and quality of rooms.. but the staff has proven again and again to me that I cannot interact with them or be treated as a regular person... Snobby and very judgmental, A different high ranking manager & employees have been rude to me the 6 out of 6 times I have stayed here. I don't know if it's how I look? But I don't like to be rushed, ignored, or denied rooms I have payed for, especially when I pay 200-400 dollars a NIGHT for a hotel and it's service. The housekeeping and cu... read more
This is our favorite hotel in sf. Super disappointed that they are taking away room service though!!! Management please don't!!! And the mini bar;( we love the mini bars!!!! However Katherine at the front desk is always so nice and helpful. If we are able To get upgraded she never hesitates. This was an oasis of calm for us. We had just competed a 6.5 hour drive from Annaheim with two tired children. The food was fresh and very good, the service was outstanding, welcoming and attentive and the view was simply breathtaking. We had dinner there twice and breakfast twice, an excellent place to relax and enjoy.
